Why aren't returns allowed?
Each item is custom-made to your specifications. Once an order has gone into production and has been printed, it cannot be resold as is. Please double-check your name spelling. We copy and paste the exact spelling of the names provided.

How can I cancel my order?
Most customers want their orders received ASAP. For this reason, we move as fast as possible. Once an order has been received, it will be customized and sent into production within 24 hours of receipt to meet our shipping deadlines. If an order has not been sent to production, it can be canceled, but this is verified on an order-by-order basis.

How soon will my order ship?
All orders are custom processed and printed, one at a time, which takes between 2-7 to ship. Once shipped, your blanket should arrive within 5-7 business days for standard shipping. You will receive tracking information as soon as it becomes available. During high-volume seasons, we will update the announcement on the front of our shop with production and shipping time updates.

Can I make changes to the design?
We love to customize, and the short answer is yes. Colors and fonts can be adjusted to your specifications when at all possible (within reason).
